Mais il n\u2019est pas le seul. L\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 chronique est aussi un probl\u00e8me de <strong data-start=\"25265\" data-end=\"25279\">r\u00e9gulation<\/strong>. Tu peux analyser ton fonctionnement avec pr\u00e9cision et rester malgr\u00e9 tout physiologiquement en alerte. Chez une personne r\u00e9gul\u00e9e, cette base permet une respiration plus basse, un tonus musculaire mod\u00e9r\u00e9, une stabilit\u00e9 plus naturelle. Chez une personne en activation chronique, on retrouve plus souvent une respiration haute, des micro-tensions permanentes, une difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 rester sans stimulation, une fatigue pr\u00e9sente m\u00eame apr\u00e8s le repos.<\/p><p data-start=\"25995\" data-end=\"26286\">Le probl\u00e8me, c\u2019est que cette base peut d\u00e9river avec le temps. Le syst\u00e8me s\u2019adapte \u00e0 des p\u00e9riodes longues, exigeantes ou incertaines, augmente l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sa vigilance\u2026 puis ne redescend plus tout \u00e0 fait. Et le cerveau interpr\u00e8te ces signaux. Un corps activ\u00e9 peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des pens\u00e9es coh\u00e9rentes avec son activation. Ce ne sont pas toujours les pens\u00e9es qui cr\u00e9ent l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ; c\u2019est aussi souvent l\u2019activation qui produit certaines pens\u00e9es.<\/p><p data-start=\"26816\" data-end=\"27028\">C\u2019est l\u00e0 que beaucoup de gens se d\u00e9couragent \u00e0 tort. Quand rien ne se passe, il cherche une t\u00e2che, une stimulation, un sujet, un mouvement. Le repos n\u2019est pas v\u00e9cu comme une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mais comme un vide inhabituel.
